My inner life needs as much love and attention as everything I put out into the world does. Life is what happened when I was busy making others plans. No matter where I thought I was going, what I thought I would be doing, or what I swore I was in control of, I am reminded in this moment that we are always at the whim of life.
All I can do is the work within my reach. All I can do is learn how to lean on those that love me. All I can do is cultivate the ability to handle uncertainty.
